We dispatch all orders on a weekday (Monday-Friday) USING DHL Express for fast reliable shipping. To keep costs down we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per order no matter how much you order.
EAST COAST USA – approx. 2-3 working days from dispatch (please note this is not a guaranteed timeframe and although many customers on the east coast receive parcels next working day on some occasions it can also take a little longer)
REST OF USA – approx. 3-5 working days from dispatch (please note this is not a guaranteed timeframe and although many customers receive parcels much sooner than 3- 5 working days on some occasions it can also take a little longer)
Please note as we are a British company we do have to adhere to customs import/export laws. The customer would be liable to any import taxes. To avoid paying any import taxes we advise you to make your orders below $800 and if more to make a separate order. We can only ship 4 liquid items per parcel (aftercare items) due to the law on shipping liquids.
We have a no quibble 30 -day return policy so that you can return any UNUSED goods to us for either exchange or refund. After 30 days, a credit note will be issued. Please return items using a fully traceable tracked delivery service as Routes cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Exchanges – please include your email address so we can contact you regarding your exchange and to take payment for shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: products must be returned in the same unused condition as you received them, with no extra folds to packaging how it was delivered. Damaged/over folded packaging will incur a 10% reduction in refund as we will need to pay to re package such items. Any UN salable items will be returned to sender.
