Routes Hair Extensions Ltd terms and conditions

1. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We also have no access to login details (username and password). If you have trouble logging in to your account you can reset your password or shop as a guest (you can still use your trade discount code).
We may store your information (not payment information) internally to help us understand our customer needs and bring a better service to you. Again this will never be shared/sold/distributed with 3rd parties unless we are required to do so by law.

2. Delivery Policy

We dispatch all orders on a weekday (Monday-Friday) using DHL EXPRESS for fast reliable shipping. To keep costs down we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 per order no matter how much you order.


EAST COAST USA – approx. 2-3 working days from dispatch (please note this is not a guaranteed timeframe and although many customers on the east coast receive parcels next working day on some occasions it can also take a little longer)

REST OF USA – approx. 3-5 working days from dispatch (please note this is not a guaranteed timeframe and although many customers receive parcels much sooner than 3- 5 working days on some occasions it can also take a little longer)

Please note as we are a British company we do have to adhere to customs import/export laws. The customer would be liable to any import taxes. To avoid paying any import taxes we advise you to make your orders below $800 and if more to make a separate order. We can only ship 4 liquid items per parcel (aftercare items) due to the law on shipping liquids.

Late deliveries Routes Hair Extensions LTD cannot be held responsible for any late/loss or damage caused by a 3rd party. If you do experience any problems we will work with you to help you resolve any problems you encounter. We of course sympathize with any inconvenience this may cause but it entirely out of our hands once the item is dispatched and therefore we have no control over delivery.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched we will process your refund the same day and no charges will be made. If you wish to cancel an order or return an order after it has been dispatched you may do so within 30 days. Once received we aim to process your refund within 2 working days. After we have submitted refunds your bank will typically take 3-5 working days to clear the funds into your bank account. Before using the products, you should check that you are happy with the product shade, method etc, any discrepancies are easily resolved if the items are returned unused in new condition and not removed from packaging. Once you fit the item we are unable to exchange the product for you. Routes Hair Extensions LTD cannot be held liable for return items that do not reach us. Please send all returns on a traceable service to insure against loss in the post.

4. General information

The content of this website is for your general information and subject to change at any time without notice. The use of any of the information on this site is entirely at your own risk, for which we will not be liable. Routes Hair Extensions LTD are fully trademarked and any reproduction of our design, look, layout and graphics that are owned or licensed to us is prohibited.
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be fitted by a fully qualified and insured professional only. Due to lack of control no responsibility will be accepted by Routes Hair Extensions LTD for any damage or injury caused by incorrect fitting or aftercare.


5. Newsletters

By making a purchase on our website you agree to receive our marketing emails (it won't be more than 1 email per month). We WILL NOT share your information with any 3rd parties. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. What sort of marketing emails will it be? We will send an update on our stock (new colors, new items) and time after time we will send some discount codes for you to use too.
